There’s no doubt that the service was very friendly.
They also let me use the loo, which was much appreciated. And they’re flexible with their opening hours too; although I’d booked from 9.30 am to 2.30 pm, they told me I could stay until the salon closed, which leaves you with a good impression. I should add that reliability is checked by scanning the QR code, although personally, a constructive criticism would be that I’d like to be given some sort of receipt or proof that my luggage will be there—I hope that makes sense.

Me dejó también pasar al servicio lo cual se agradece mucho. Y también tiene disponibilidad horaria, aunque reservara de 9:30-14:30 me dijo que podría pasarme hasta la hora del cierre de la peluquería,lo cual te deja con un buen sabor de boca. Añadir que se comprueba la fiabilidad a través del escaneo del código qr , aunque personalmente una crítica constructiva sería que me diera algún comprobante o algo que corrobore que estará allí el equipaje no sé si me explico.
